When you happen to lose your PIN, you can always retrieve it again.

Below is the steps you can do to retrieve your PIN

• Check Your Email. We always send PIN Numbers to your email address.
  
  
• Login to your Account, by Clicking on the Login Menu, Click on My Account Section.
  You will be displayed Last 30 transactions. Click on Resend PIN link for the card that you wish to retrieve PIN.
  Remember to whitelist our email address at support@onlinecallingcards.com.au or add our address in your contacts to avoid any spam filter on your mail system.
