	Strengths : The clarity of the connection
	Weakness : Received less than half of the purchased value, charged more than promised
	Review : I call Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. At the advertised $0.09/min, on a $10 card and no connection or additional fees one would expect ~900mins (~15hrs) however, we were lucky to get 5 Hrs!!! I sent emails and received confirmations regarding the above mentioned and have had no replys at 6weeks post mail message. Not happy! Very perturbed that my time is considered of less value than those at the company. I couold go on but it would be a waste of time.
