Review :
I rang Singapore twice. Once yesterday (was very excited about getting a new phone card and wanted to test it) and once today.
First time, the voice commented I have $10 left and after punching in the numbers, it says I have 3200 mins. I talked for 17 mins. Today, I rang the access number, after punching in my pin, I was shocked when it says I only have $7.50 value left! I punch the numbers and and it says I have 2000 mins left. What happened to my 1180 mins of talktime? It vanished! And I talked for 15 mins today, I deliberately checked my value after the chat. $5.25 left! I rang Singapore, not some far and unknown country. Does anyone else have this problem? I only gave it one star cos I can't give zero. I certainly wouldn't buy this card again unless someone can tell me what's happening. |
